NYE Prisoner Solidarity Action

Christmas and New Year can be an especially difficult time for people who are in prison, let alone during a pandemic. Usually groups in this country and around the world come together to host noise demonstrations outside prisons on New Year's Eve to remind prisoners that they aren't alone.

Since it's not possible to arrange a mass demonstration this year due to pandemic restrictions, London Campaign Against Police and State Violence, Prisoner Solidarity Network, Community Action on Prison Expansion and Joint Enterprise Not Guilty by Association have organised a solidarity letter writing action.

Messages will be sent to people on the inside through existing networks these groups have.

The form to submit a message is here.
